403 — Plan gating

Single-call endpoints are open to all plans. Bulk/heavy endpoints require a higher plan. If you call them on too small a plan, the call is rejected already at the key check:

Likewise "'stats' kræver Pro-plan…" and "'replikering' kræver Enterprise-plan…". If the key has selected scopes without batch, you instead see "API-nøglen mangler scope 'batch'…". Some calls can also get type: "plan_upgrade_required" with details.upgrade_url.

Requires Pro+:

• all batch endpoints: /v1/reverse/batch, /v1/datavask/adresser/batch, /v1/datavask/adgangsadresser/batch, /v1/bbr/bygninger/batch, /v1/bbr/enheder/batch, /v1/dagi/lookup/batch
• all /v1/stats/*

Requires Enterprise:

• /v1/replikering and /dawa/replikering (replication of the whole address register)

Public keys (sk_pub_…) can never call batch, statistics or replication — regardless of plan. Fix: upgrade under Dashboard → Billing, or make single calls instead of batch.
