Pagination and structure (per_side, side, struktur)

Pagination

Paging follows DAWA's model and exists on /dawa/*:

  • per_side — items per page (up to 1000, default 20). Unfiltered calls on the large lists (e.g. /dawa/adresser) must have per_side of at most 1000, otherwise 400.
  • side — page number (1-based).
Bash
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <key>" \
  "https://api.danskadresseapi.dk/dawa/adresser?q=strandvejen&per_side=100&side=2"

On /v1/adresser there is no side: you only control the count with per_side (or limit), up to 100, default 20. Unknown parameters such as side give 400.

Detail level (struktur, /dawa only)

struktur controls how much is returned:

  • mini — only the key fields (lightweight).
  • flad — all fields in one flat object.
  • nestet — fully nested object (default on many endpoints).

Format (/dawa only)

On /dawa/*: format=json (default), csv (flat, DAWA-identical columns) or geojson (FeatureCollection, EPSG:4326).

/v1/autocomplete has its own cap (limit up to 50) — use it for type-ahead, and /adresser for full lists.
