Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Businesses can pay for DanskAdresseAPI by invoice (bank transfer) instead of by card.
Invoice billing is for businesses that would rather pay against a PDF invoice than store a card — for example if all purchasing goes through the accounts department.
Here is how:
- Sign up as a customer and choose your plan.
- Go to Billing → Upgrade (danskadresseapi.dk/dashboard/fakturering/opgrader), choose the Invoice payment method, fill in your company name + CVR and confirm your company email.
- You are then invoiced automatically each period and pay by bank transfer.
What needs to be in place
- Your account email must be verified.
- If your account email is a private one (e.g. gmail.com), you must verify a company email with a one-time code.
- Company name and a valid 8-digit CVR number are required — invoicing is for businesses only. (Card payment does not require this.)
- On Basis, invoicing is only available with annual billing. Pro and Enterprise can be invoiced both monthly and annually.
When do you get access?
It depends on your company type, because invoicing is credit:
- A/S and ApS — access immediately once the agreement is created.
- Sole proprietorships and other company types — prepayment: you pay the first invoice, and access opens once the payment is registered.
- Unknown CVR, custom plan, or anything that needs a closer look — we review the application manually and get back to you.
Payment terms
- A/S: net 14 days from the invoice date.
- All other company types: net 8 days from the invoice date.
The exact due date is always stated on the invoice itself.
