Is there an outage? How to check our service status

Check status right away

Our service status is at danskadresseapi.dk/status.
The page shows whether there is an active incident right now, and it keeps a
history of past outages and planned maintenance.

If something is slow or failing

1. Check the status page first — a known incident is posted there.
2. Look at the status code. 5xx is on us; 401, 403 and 429 are about the key,

the plan or the number of calls.

1. Keep the request_id from the error response if there is one. It is the

fastest trail we have if we need to find your exact call.
