Which reports can I buy?

Besides the API, we sell analysed PDF reports about a specific Danish address. They are one-off purchases with no subscription and no login, in Danish or English. Prices include VAT.

Which one should I choose?

If in doubt, start with the property report — it is the overview of the home. The roof and solar report goes deep on the roof, and the hazardous materials check on the materials in the buildings. If you are both buying and renovating, it makes sense to take all three.

Good to know

• Not every address can get every report. We check the address before you pay and only sell the reports the registers have data for. The roof and solar report, for example, is only made for houses, not flats.
• Each report comes with a 3D view of the home with the report's own figures.
• The reports are calculated and assessed remotely — without an inspection or samples. They do not replace a building survey, an environmental survey or professional advice.
