How to buy a report — and when you get it

How to buy

1. Look up the address on the report page, e.g. danskadresseapi.dk/en/property-report.
2. Choose one, two or all three reports in the purchase window, and choose Danish or English.
3. Enter your email and pay by card. There is no login.

Delivery

• The report and the invoice are emailed to you as soon as the report is ready — usually in under a minute.
• The report can also be downloaded via a personal link that works for 90 days. The same goes for the 3D view, which you open with the QR code on the cover or the link in the email.
• If you buy several reports at once, you get one invoice, and the reports are delivered together.
• If delivery fails, we retry automatically. If we cannot deliver the report, you get your money back.

How recent is the information?

The report is made the moment you buy, from the registers as they stand at the time of purchase. It is dated that day and is not updated afterwards.

If you have not received the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder — otherwise write to support@danskadresseapi.dk with the email you bought with.
